Alesha Morris, the Schnucks Cooks Head Coach, accepts the First Place award from Wendi Valenti, executive director of the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, for her entry Grilled Pork Tenderloin and Peaches with Horseradish Glaze at the Professional Recipe contest on Thursday.

 

The 2010 Horseradish Festival officially opens at 11:00 a.m. Saturday. 

But members of the Chamber of Commerce and festival committees began the festivities Thursday evening at Woodland Park for the annual Business after Hours and Horseradish Festival Preview Party.
